Hi there! I’m Tasha and i’m the creator of salt & light lifestyle co. I love Jesus (if you couldn’t tell by the brand name), my fam bam, my village, and this crazy thing we call life! I’m a wife, mom x4, nurse, small business owner and now a blogger (ish). My walk with Jesus is the MOST important thing in my life, my marriage is second, kids next, and the rest is a jumbled mess most of the time. I enjoy reading , shopping, teaching, fitness, self-care & coffee dates (or just coffee in general.) I love Jesus but I cuss alottle…..it’s a struggle….I’m working on it! I’m the probably the most extroverted introvert and socially awkward person ever, i’m not a touchy/feely person, and I make really inappropriate jokes during awkward situations….but that’s me….and i’m ok with it!

God is my rock, forgiveness is everything, my littles keep me going, knowledge is power, fashion is my passion, fitness keeps me sane.
